Yes. Goldvest Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is registered with the Ministry of Finance Malaysia as a government vendor, which is the registration ministries, agencies and government-linked companies require before they can procure from a supplier.

The certificate number, company registration and validity dates are printed below and on our About page, so a procurement officer can check them directly rather than take our word for it.

Corporate gifts are quoted per order rather than sold at a fixed price, because three things move the figure: the quantity, the branding method (an engraved logo costs more than a one-colour print) and the delivery date. The 'from' price on each product page is the indicative price at that product's minimum order quantity, before SST, and it falls as the quantity rises.

Send us the product, the quantity and the date you need it and you will have a firm quotation within one working day. There is no cost for asking.

It depends on the product, so every product page states its own minimum order quantity rather than the site quoting one number for everything. Ready-stock items generally start low; made-to-order items and items with custom packaging start higher because a production run has to be set up.

If your quantity is below the stated minimum, ask anyway — we can often suggest a comparable item that fits.

Lead time is confirmed on your quotation rather than promised generically, because it depends on the item and on the decoration. Ready-stock lines branded in our own Penang workshop ship materially faster than made-to-order items sourced through our Guangzhou office.

Yes. A real sample in your hands is a step in our process before production is confirmed, so you approve the actual item, colour and branding rather than a picture of it. We will tell you on the quotation how the sample is arranged for the item you have chosen.

Branding is done in-house in Penang, under our own roof since 2019, so decoration is a priced option we control rather than a surcharge passed through from a third party. The methods available are listed below; which one suits your item and your artwork is part of what we advise.

Yes — these are our most common briefs. Onboarding kits are assembled and packed in-house so every new joiner receives an identical set; festive gifts for Chinese New Year, Hari Raya, Deepavali and Christmas are planned to the festival date; and premium gift sets are built from the catalogue or sourced to your brief.
