Goldvest supplies custom notebooks and branded stationery for corporate orders in Malaysia: hardcover and softcover notebooks, planners, sticky-note sets, folders and desk sets, in paper, recycled and vegan-leather covers. Stationery is the quiet core of an onboarding kit and the most-used item on a conference delegate's desk.

A PU or leather cover takes a deboss or foil stamp — a mark felt with the thumb before it is read. Paper and card covers take full-colour UV printing. Both are done in our own Penang workshop, and a pen or card holder can be paired with the notebook as a boxed gift set.

Questions buyers ask about Stationery

How is a logo applied to a notebook?
Deboss or emboss presses the logo into a PU or leather cover; foil stamping adds a metallic finish; UV printing gives full colour on a paper or card cover. We advise which suits your artwork and the cover you choose, and it is done in-house in Penang.
Can notebooks be made with our own cover design and inside pages?
Yes. Made-to-order notebooks can carry a custom cover colour, printed endpapers, a belly band or a printed first page with your welcome message. Ready-stock notebooks take the logo on the cover and ship faster.
What is the minimum order for branded notebooks?
Each product page states its own minimum order quantity. Ready-stock notebooks branded in our workshop start low; fully custom notebooks start higher because the cover and pages are produced to order.
Do you have recycled or eco-friendly stationery?
Yes. Recycled-paper and kraft notebooks, and sets from our Sustaine range, carry the recycled content on the product page for briefs with a sustainability requirement.
